Stopping Animal Cruelty Before it Begins and While Helping Today's Youth

OSER, Inc. is a permanent refuge for the horses that come here to recover from injuries, neglect, abuse and abandonment. The facility provides, rehabilitation, non-abusive training and ongoing care for the rescues horses.

Many of the horses are able to assist in providing community education for all ages through the programs offered at OSER, Inc.
Stopping Cruelty to Animals Before it Begins, Safety Around Horses, New Horse Owners Clinics, The Needs and Care of Horses. Youth Spring Break, Summer Horse Day Camps, are some of the programs offered at OSER, Inc.

Horses help with self esteem issues, problem solving, and team work which are important to our community.

Donations and fundraising go to the ongoing veterinary care and daily needs of the horses.

Osborne Stables Equine Rescue helped local horses. Hay Help for Horses project. Made possible with funds granted by ASPCA.

The objective of this project was keep horses with their owners instead of being sold at auction or seized due to neglect.

We offer consultations to those in need of help during tuff times. Providing printed material and short term hay to get them through a crisis, while helping with suggestions in the keeping and care of their horses.

We need donations and volunteers for all projects.
