Stopping Animal Cruelty Before it Begins and While Helping Today's Youth
Horse Refuge , Rehabilitation and Education Center
A Grant from the ASPCA made it possible for OSER to provide assistance to local horse owner in the Wilson County area. Through our “Hay Relief for Horses” project.
The objective of this project is keep horses with their owners instead of being sold at auction or seized due to neglect.
Consultations are offered to those in need of help during tuff times. Providing printed material on feeding during a drought and economic down times, while providing short term hay to get them through the crisis.
You can help by donating hay or funds to this worthwhile project.
OUR DEEPEST THANKS AND GRATITUDE TO THE ASPCA
